Who we are We?

What the programme delivers?

Grounded Giant begins with a 90‑minute one‑to‑one launch call: a diagnostic and commitment session to define a single, high‑impact project. Within five working days you receive a concise Leadership Stability Report that identifies the leadership levers affecting individual and team stability, capacity preservation and decision‑making under pressure.

From that diagnosis we produce a Contraction Avoidance Plan. A one‑page action brief outlining immediate interventions (communication priorities, role focus, resource triage and stakeholder safeguards). This format suits individuals driving a personal leadership project as much as small teams delivering a diagnostic, a one‑page executable plan and self‑led materials that let you progress independently without extra meetings.

Over the next three months you receive targeted, self‑led materials and frameworks to implement the plan without weekly meetings but with optional check-in's. The programme concludes with a checkpoint meeting to evaluate outcomes against pre‑agreed success measures and set next steps.
